Yoga services are available by appointment only Monday - Thursday. Please wear comfortable clothing and arrive early for your session to fill out the necessary paperwork.

Yoga Session for you or two!

Strengthen your body, mind and spirit through a personalized session. The ninety minute
practice will begin with breath awareness for destressing, a somatic stretching sequence,
restorative yoga postures, and ending with a meditative visualization rest period.



Yin Yoga Session

Yin Yoga is a quiet, restorative practice that teaches how to relax profoundly by stimulating
the vital energy (QI) in the body, regaining and expanding the original range of connective
tissues, ligaments, tendons and joints. This one hour practice allows the client to recover the
natural curvature of the spine and extending the spinal flexibility.

Discover the natural way your body is designed to move. Pranassage is a creative synthesis of
yoga and bodywork that produces deep relaxation for the receiver. Calling upon the breath,
energy is free flowing helping to realign muscles and bones, and increasing the stream of
blood and nutrients throughout the entire system.


Yoga for Golfers

Yoga for Golfers will provide the necessary tools to enhance your golf performance for both
body and mind. Improve your breathing awareness, a quieter mind, increased flexibility and
strength, overall fitness, and an increased sense of balance.
